Converting ABIs for Macs |

You can choose to receive the original ABI files instead of SCF files by clicking on Preferences->Keep original ABI basecalls (e.g. for heterozygote analysis). Mac users who choose to receive raw ABI files will have to convert them for use on Mac computers.
