Improve Your Sequencing Results

This part is intended to help you to successfully interpret passed and/or failed reads and to get the most out of your chromatograms. We compiled an overview of the most likely circumstances and parameters leading to sub-optimal results. You might go through these different issues "theoretically" by clicking the bullets in the left part of the window and learn which parameters in the process affect the quality of sequencing results.

Alternatively, we also provided a collection of example chromatograms for you to start trouble shooting by just comparing images. Your data probably looks much better than these worst case examples but it might be worth taking the effort to further improve the process and get even better results.

This part contains information regarding the download data for your sequencing results. You will find information and links on Fasta, SCF, ABI and PDF files and our Quality Report. There is also help on decompressing the files and logistics on how long we keep your data.
