Quality Report

As an outcome of our sequencing service you receive a Quality Report with the quality clipping results from a single read. You can view it on the download page under the link "Quality Report". If you have entered a sequencing vector in your order, then the positions of the vector will be given in the report (Svec Name, Svec Left and Svec Right) The following columns make up the Quality Report: 1. Sequence Name - as you entered in your order 2. Qual Left - the base position where good quality begins 3. Qual Right - the base position where good quality ends 4. Length Qual - total number of bases of good quality sequence 5. Svec Name - name of sequencing vector 6. Svec Left - base position where sequencing vector begins 7. Svec Right - base position where sequencing vector ends 8. Status - passed if the sequence passed our quality control standards, failed if it did not.
